Couple
It is an old Hotel on the outside, remolded in some rooms. Our first room the air did not work, so the front desk quickly came up and gave us keys to another room. A Suite where the air was a new one in good order. We were able to sleep well then. We did not have to pay extra for the upgrade because of the air conditioner.

Family Traveling with Young Children
The hotel is a nice 10-15 relaxing walk to downtown. Restaurant recommend by staff was yummy (Grannnan's). Rooms were a nice size and the beds were oh so comfortable after a long drive and a nice meal. The selection at the complimentary breakfast was also a pleasant surprise...most establishments offer basic juice, milk and donuts....but the Holiday Inn had fresh fruits, cereal, toast, eggs yogurt...etc! Wonderful time in New Brunswick thanks to a great stay at the Holiday Inn. ...

Couple
The rooms were comfortable and clean. I liked the fact that we had a window that actually opened for fresh air. The hotel is close to the wonderful market area with lots of shops and restaurants. The breakfast bar had a nice selection of hot and cold items and had a large seating area with many tables of varying sizes to accommodate both singles and family groups. The hotel does need to post a sign about the alternate parking entrance around the block for vehicles that do not meet the 8'6" clearance. I highly recommend this hotel. ...
