Staff was friendly and helpful.
They charged 20 dollars to park at the hotel, even though we were guests staying there.

Hotel was clean and staff was great. When I asked for extra towels, a knock on the door in under 5 minutes and they were there. Parking at the hotel when a guest costs 10 dollars per night, this is absurd considering a guest is paying to stay there so the parking should be included.

I loved that we had a balcony.
The bathroom was very small and no indoor pool, it's too cold for outdoor pools in October! (in Canada).

Nice lobby, great staff, and decent rooms!

Quiet and attractive interior, clean.
No indoor pool, cost for outdoor parking, no continental breakfast.

Clean and nice rooms. Cost a lot to park for outdoor and unattended parking lot. No indoor pool and a little too cold for walking across the street to the Sports Center pool. Wish there had of been a continental breakfast - dining room prices were high.

Convenient location.
Tired looking rooms, cramped bathroom, pricey parking in a suburban area.

Typical 1970s era Holiday Inn with renovated common areas, but the rooms are small and look pretty tired. The hotel is not in a downtown area, but still dings you $10 a night for parking.

We were attending a wedding reception there and the service at the reception was excellent.
ppaying for parking.

The hotel was clean with friendly staff. Rooms were very warm even with the air-conditioning on.
