Friendly staff and a clean room. Continental breakfast was very nice.

It is a good quality hotel with all the facilities (gym, pool etc.) that I look for when traveling. The complimentary breakfast was very nice. The location was very easy to find.

No evening food options at hotel forced to eat out.

Although the location to my business function was excellent, this hotel offered little to the business traveler. It was clean which I really appreciated and that made the stay worthwhile. I think that it was too expensive for the rating.

Convenient location, and good breakfast.
1 very small elevator, and the night we were there, 2 bus loads of students.Pool impossible!

Location great, breakfast fine, but 1 elevator did not suffice though particular night when 2 bus loads of kids were there. It was very quiet, however, and we were very Impresses that the staff at breakfast enforced proper shoes and NO PJ's with the kids.

The room was extremely clean and well-maintained by excellent housekeeping staff.

This is my home away from home when I am visiting Halifax. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the free breakfast buffet is great, there is a small gym on premises as well as a pool, free internet in the lobby and free parking. Everything one needs for a great stay!

Breakfast and room itself.
Pool was in maintanance on first day, then following days the water was too cold to swim.

It was a vacation trip and swimmimg in the pool was part of this vacation plan. However, I was dissapointing when pool was for maintennce on first day and then when it was ready the water was not warm enough to swim. Not sure I planned for this kind of vacation.
