Construction noise at night, facilities closed and huge amount of kids.

This hotel is noisy. This is not the first time I stayed there. The restaurant pricing is very high for the quality. There were over 200 kids there who made it interesting, but the pool and sauna were closed on Friday Night..

The beds were so comfy and the heated bathroom tile was great.
Would've loved breakfast included or free hot coffee supplied in lobby.

Our room was great, couldn't hear the traffic outside. The bed was so comfy! The heated tile in the bathroom was a bonus! The fridge and microwave were so handy! Staff were very friendly. A very pleasant stay.

Having to accept the lowest rated room they had, ie., smoking room and handicapped equipped. I had 2 friends with us which was disappointing for them.

The staff was wonderful, the pool was incredible.
Earwigs on the floor, the sliding door didn't shut well. (a screen might help?)

This is a wonderful hotel for families, with helpful and friendly staff.

The front desk gave us a handicapped room and if we want, we have to pay $15 to upgrade to a regular room. This is not what we expected.

Very comfortable bed.
The hostess at the breakfast buffet was unfriendly.

This is a great hotel to stay in for business. The location is close to a major highway and the beds are very comfortable.
