Hallways had smoky odor.

Very good value and not far from all of Ottawa and Nepean and Kanata. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Easy to spot from highway.
Something in room caused allergic reaction, no other rooms available to move to. No offer for compensation for poor sleep.

No elevators so have to carry luggage up stairway, and down very long hallways. Room appeared clean, small bathroom. Smoking room so odor noticeable; small window opened to clear out smell. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

good size rooms,breakfast was pretty good
no pool,upon arrival front desk no one to welcome

it had advertised that you got passes to the nearby swimming pool.we arrived around 5.20pm,and were told the pool passes were only good from 3pm to 6pm.so were unable to use the pool.after letting our kids know that the hotel had a pool.
