Front desk staff were very helpful.
Smokers near the front door-DUH.

My stay was characterized by doors slamming and kids and adults yelling at one another the length of the hall. There was no decorum, just lots of kids' sports teams sounded like a school yard at times. The noise was at times unbearable. Like what you'd expect after school at McDonald's, no way I'd stay there again.

We picked it for the water front and in town location.
Restaurant menu was too gourmet and not enough seafood.

We loved the waterfront location and closeness to the jazz festival. The king bed was extremely comfortable, the sheets and pillows crisp and clean. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and hearty and the service people very helpful if not overly friendly.

Beds excellent, pillows excellent!

Recently refurbished rooms, very comfortable beds, new carpeting very eye appealing overall. Bathrooms to be next on their list of renovations but very clean.

The clowns at the front desk cannot take a message. Lost 1/2 day of vacation failing to meet a friend who left a message.

Great location right on the water.
Small lobby - restaurant under renovations.

Hotel is a great property. Rooms were clean with a nice decor and mini fridge in room. Small balcony off of each room so you can get fresh air and look out at the lake. Lobby is small but not too important but it can be very crowded at check-in and check-out. I have stayed here 3 times and will stay here again.

Hotel is a solid one. A bit overpriced for the hotel itself. You are paying for the convenience and water front location.

Staff was very helpful, room was spacious, and hotel very conveniently located.

Hotel was conveniently located downtown on the water, the room was clean and large, and had great view from balcony. Although there were several groups of young children staying for a hockey tournament, the staff placed us far enough away that we heard nothing all night.
