The staff who welcomed us were very friendly.
One room was very cold & staff did not follow up when called. Very disappointed.

Although the hotel was clean & staff initially friendly, when called about the room not having heat, there was no follow up. This was very frustrating because my aunt & mother are both in their 70's & did not want to complain.
