The parking was inexpensive. The location was great.
The carpet was old. The plumbing fixtures leaked. Wallpaper was pealing.

The hotel was nice with updated bedding but the hallways and rooms are showing their age. When I was there the street in front of the hotel was all torn up and under constructions. The hall noise is easy heard in your room.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, the price was right!
There were a couple cleaning oversights in our room.

I liked it. I think it was probably the nicest hotel in the area. I enjoyed that it was attached to the conference center in London since I was attending a conference. Would recommend to others.

Bed was comfortable, The doorman was charming.
Hotel was a run down rooms old, staff was not helpful, there was a loud drilling going on all the time.

The hotel was having renovations to its parking ramp. The vibrations and noise from this was constant. This was heard in the rooms, restaurant, and almost everywhere. It totally spoiled our experience. For the standard of the rooms etc we felt that we had definitely overpaid. There was no comparison to our previous experience at the hotel Omni in Montreal. I will probably not go to another Hilton hotel. I telephoned the hotel the day I booked the room to request a cot in the room as we were three women traveling together. I was assured that they would have that ready as well as a fridge. The cot was a headache to get as well as the fridge never arrived. We also had to request extra towels, and toiletries. I felt that the staff thought my requests were a nuisance. read more
