Evening staff was very polite, professional and helpful.
Had to leave at 6a.m. Computer not working. Felt we were inconveniencing staff. Didn't even get receipt.
Ok. Did not have opportunity to use facilities (pool, work out room, restaurants) so difficult to evaluate fairly.

Nothing.
Broken hot tub, keys don¿t work, loud.
I am an employee of best western. I booked the Howard Johnson because it had a hot tub. I even called to confirm that fact. However the hot tub was broken when we arrived. The front desk didn¿t even care; she said 'I guess you¿re stuck with us because you¿ve already paid'. Also, about 6-7 teenagers next to our room were being very loud. I had to call the front desk twice.

It was centered amongst area shopping and entertainment.
It didn't have a continental breakfast.
The rooms were clean, the pool was nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would choose this hotel again if I were to go back to London, ON Canada.

The bed mattress was comfortable.
This hotel in London, Ontario, Canada was very run-down, dirty and had broken furniture.
We were very disappointed in this hotel. We were traveling with friends who needed the handicapped room. It had a horrible odor and there were no other none smoking rooms available. They had to sleep with windows open and felt unsafe as their room was on the first floor. In our room the furniture was broken. We will never stay in a Howard Johnson's Hotel again.
