Excellent staff, great location and fair price.
Mold/water damage on bathroom ceiling.

The hotel it self seems quite new. The entire place was clean right from the lobby to our room. The only downfall was there was a spot of water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom and mold had started growing on it. A nice breakfast was included with the room (not included at Best Western). The most impressive part was my wife forgot her coat in the room closet and the staff was most helpful in locating it and getting it back to us. read more

Speedy resolution at no expense to a problem beyond their control.

Very comfortable rooms, suites with Jacuzzis in the rooms - an added bonus. The continental breakfast was very well provided for and the amenities available were more than adequate. An enjoyable stay - which I will look forward to staying at again.

The room was very nice and the building was in very good condition.
The use of deodorizers was bad. Whatever happened to good, old-fashioned cleanliness?

This was a great hotel overall. The lobby was clean and inviting, the room was very nice.
