Holiday Inn Mississauga

We enjoyed our overnight stay and found the facilities very good - especially the pool for the kids. The room was clean. Staff were very pleasant.

The rooms were clean and spacious. It was conveniently located to major highways. The staff was helpful and polite. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a good clean place to stay in Western Mississauga.

Hotel offered us smoking room even though we don't smoke, also the room was with one bed although we were 3 guys, smoking rooms has very bad smell, ventilation is bad, was a nightmare. had to wash all cloths after we left to get red of the smell.

The rooms were great, there was a door that divided living room from sleeping area which I thought was a plus. Housekeeping service was provided daily, which was also a plus.

After checking in to my room, the toilet overflowed the next morning flooding the bathroom. I spent 30 minutes cleaning up and bailing out the bowl contents. The problem was noted to the front staff who assured me it would be corrected. I was out for business the entire day. The next morning, the toilet overflowed again with the same results. I would not wish to return to the same hotel, even if the room was provided gratis. Adequate accommodation.

Simple, clean hotel. A bit out of the way but fairly priced. I would give it a 2- 2.5 star rating instead of the 3 star rating. Small washrooms and 1 of 4 ice machines I tried worked. Super friendly staff and quick service when required.

The hotel concierge refused to put us in a suite with a queen or king size bed. This is absurd since I did not request 2 twin beds.
