Smiling staff.
Hot tub closed. Swimming/ hot tub area visible from front lobby. Parking lot.

Nothing wrong with this hotel for the price, wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. Bed was rather hard. Restaurant was closed. Would have liked to known about that upon arrival as opposed to in the morning.

Very clean, and the room was very nice.
The Jacuzzi was closed and the restaurant closed completely the second day.

Very nice hotel, especially if you are going to Niagara falls with the girls for shopping and to have fun! Very clean and staff are helpful!

It was clean, beautiful and spacious.
All rooms booked were on a different floor and our bed was off center. I thought the bed was broken.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, spacious and the staff were friendly. I was actually quite surprised with the appearance of the hotel when it only had a 2 star rating.

They did charge for parking.

I was actually pleasantly surprised. The room was great, with a jacuzzi tub separate from the bathroom, good pillows, flat screen HDTV. Overall
