Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Decor leaves something to be desired, however it was clean and comfortable.

Hotel is satisfactory, however the price is not comparable with Toronto or most places we have stayed in Penn. and Va.

The breakfast was good.
The rooms are old looking, the beds are old, rooms could use a upgrade.

The hotel can use a renovation. New beds, carpet, tiles and bathroom. The price was way too high for this hotel. The food was really good. The pool was clean and well maintained. Parking was excellent.

Annoying barking dog in room across hall.

The Best Western chain does not pretend to be anything more than a moderately priced, mid-level chain and this North Bay location is no exception. The staff was helpful and responsive to our needs. All facilities were clean but nothing was fancy. Just as consumers know what to expect when they go into a McDonald's anywhere in the world, so too is Best Western predictable.

I liked the location.
The hotel wasn't very sound proof.

The hotel was a good place to stay and I had a good night but it seemed to be noisy and not very sound proof! All in all it was good!

Beautiful entrance.
False advertising as remodeled rooms, it was filthy and it looked more like a one star rating for the price I could have stayed at a better hotel.

For 150.00 dollars never again will I ever stay at such a disgusting place.

Easy to find.
Room wasn't the cleanest or warmest, heater did not work well.

Lobby of hotel looks inviting which is deceiving when you enter the rooms. They don' t seem to be maintaining the rooms very well. TV have very poor reception. Bathroom has had leaks and marks are very visable, not appealing. Carpet was dirty. Room was very cold upon entering, and after running heater for a number of hours room was only milding warm.
