Located very close to downtown Orillia and all the little shops, and somewhat near the Casino.
The hotel is getting rundown. Rooms are old. Bathroom was old with chipped sink, etc.

Hotel could use some upgrading. Rooms are a little drab and old, but clean. Staff
is
very pleasant and helpful.
