room too far from lobby for someone using cane/crutches

Definitely people handicapped should be on lower floor and closer to lobby. The pool was great and I liked going in the jacozzi

Service in the dining area was very poor.

This was a good room, after they changed the non-working air conditioner. The room and the pool do not connect, so you had to walk through the lobby. Poor set-up. Lobby staff is helpful, though you could not get a newspaper. Service in the dining room was horrible.

It is very convenient for us on our travels to the U.S.

We like the hotel because it is so convenient. The newer part is quite nice. The people are very friendly. My husband and I first met at this location because it is close to the border. We went there on our anniversary and the hotel gave us some generous perks!

The breakfast buffet.
My son's allergies kept us up all night.

Surprise! It's a holiday INN Express with a pool, terrace and adjacent executive golf course out the back door. So as I dined on a fabulous breakfast buffet, all I could think of was arrive early next time I go through Sarnia!
