Our room had a microwave and fridge. The free breakfast was perfect.
This hotel does have a odor.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The hotel stank. The ice machine didn't work.
The hotel appeared rundown and dirty. The staff was friendly and very helpful, but the hallways and especially our room smelled very bad. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired.

bathroom not clean and smelled, no elevator, no fridge
Right when we walked in there was an overwhelming musty smell from the lobby to the hallways and also into the rooms. Check-in was quick but when we entered our rooms there was a musty smell in the air. When I entered the bathroom I could see that the toilet was not cleaned properly nor was the sink or tub (but the toilet was the worst!) I called front desk and requested someone to come clean the bathroom - she did clean it again but it was still dirty - she said the black marks in the toilet and tub were permanent and there was nothing she could do about it. There were also flies in our room which kept bothering us and the sofa and carpet had stains. There was hair on the bed and the sheets did not seem clean and the bed was not comfy at all - we had a hard time falling asleep. There was no fridge in the room which was very inconvenient and the table in the room was sticky. The continental breakfast in the morning was horrible - not much variety and the food was also limited in quantity. Way too many carbs, and the tea was cold.Since there was no elevator it was hard carrying our luggage up 2 flights of stairs and there was no one to help us carry our things. When I told the lady at the front-desk about the dissatisfaction we experienced while staying at the hotel (our room), she offered little empathy and did not say or do much about it.I would definitely not recommend this hotel to others. read more

We had a great time at this hotel. Very clean and the staff was tremendous. It was located right on the QEW on 5 minutes out of Niagara Falls.

Clean for the age. Doing the best they can with what they have.
Older building and decor but expected. Cigarette smell in hallways.

Right off highway.
Outdated decor.
Good basic hotel, easy access to highway, close to shops and great for short stays.

Stayed there prior to a Yankee/Jays game. Within 60 min. from Toronto. Quiet stay right off the highway. Staff was very helpful.
