Clean, friendly staff, and location.
Using plastic coffee carafe for tea, not warned pool under construction, no sign age that breakfast not available.

Close to restaurants and big box stores, central to towns we visited.

Outdoor pool area was nice.
Indoor pool was under construction, we did not receive anything for not being able to use the pool facility.

Hotel staff was helpful and courteous. Lobby area was inviting except for the fabric on the chairs was worn and the color made them look dirty. Rooms were comfortable, but dated.

Manager dealt with problem quickly and efficiently.
Called desk to report someone trying to get into my room and night clerk laughed.

Room was very clean with big towels. Common areas dark and musty. Inside pool closed for renovations, which we were not informed of when making reservations.

The staff was helpful in giving directions.
No elevator or assistance given with luggage. pullout was extremely uncomfortable.

Friendly staff, small bathrooms, uncomfortable pull-out and no elevator.

Everything. The staff is less than friendly. The room was terrible, had no fridge, old tv, terrible bed, cheap towels.

This hotel was very expensive and should not even qualify for a 1 star yet alone a 3 star that it is.

Very friendly and courteous staff.
The ice machine.

Very nice hotel. I liked the extra safety features on each hallway. My grandchildren loved the in and outdoor pools, and mini-golf. I personally loved having the guest laundry room.
