very clean, staff friendly and helpful

We enjoyed our stay and the kids enjoyed the pool. The hotel is located so it is fairly easy to find. Breakfast was good we went at around 9 and somethings were gone and not resupplied but other then that it was great.

I liked the helpfulness of the staff and the hot chocolate.
There was no shuttle bus service to major attractions.

This hotel was a great place for a short visit. The staff was friendly and helpful, parking was free, and the breakfast was good. The pool and exercise equipment were in great shape, and not too many people were using those areas.

The pool was nice even though we didn't use it.
I had to fix the toilet, air conditioner cut off, weekend breakfast cut off too early.

I was very upset in general. Our toilet was stopped up when we first got in the room. The most support I got from the front desk was a plunger. That wasn't even the problem. The lever that holds the bulb in the tank was so rusty, the bulb actually fell off. Why should I have to do that? Then our air-conditioning shut off at night and we would wake up 12:30 - 1:00 am because the room was hot. Then to add to the problem on weekends breakfast cuts off at I believe 9 or 9:30 am. Last I checked people tend to sleep in a little on weekends. 10 am would would of been nice. read more
