Cheap and clean.
Under renovation, no fridge in room.

Great location, good price, clean rooms. For downtown Toronto and located right at Dundas Square, this hotel is very fairly priced and was well-maintained.

Close to St Michaels hospital where we had an appartment
Did not have rooms with 2 double or queen size beds.

The hotel was undergoing renovations so it was difficult to fairly rate the hotel. I was with my three children as my son had an appointment at St Mikes hospital. The hotel told me they do not have any rooms with 2 double/queen sized beds which I found quite strange. They finally gave me a room with 3 twins and I paid for a cot.

There was no effort put into making it a nice place to stay, it was just functional but not friendly, attractive or particularly comfortable.

The room was clean. However, it should be noted that the public areas of the hotel were not clean. The hotel was in a good location.

Bed moved on rollers on wooden floor when I moved in bed.

Being remodeled, not in best location - street beggars.
