Quickly gave us another room when our first one did not meet our expectations. Then called us later to ensure we were satisfied with the new room.
First room smelled of stale cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking facility.
Met our need for that weekend. Close to all attractions and restaurants that we planned on visiting. Allowed us to leave our car parked at the hotel, after we had checked out, for the remainder of the day. Overall, clean and comfortable.

It was very clean and in a great location.
Their service was good and the rooms were very clean. Traveling as a college student, the hotel was located very close to a good shopping district, and great places to go at night.

Location was great.
Nothing.
Good hotel with amazing location. Right in the heart of the college/young adult night life area. Many nightspots within walking distance. Very close to subway stop at st. george st. I would definitely stay here again. Great price too.

Friendly staff, good parking arrangement.
Restaurant dingy, food far too late, cold and unappetizing.
This was a good place to stay! The restaurant was exceptionally poor- and I'm not that fussy! The service is more geared to young beer drinkers who do not want a good, reasonably quick meal. They really need to address this, because otherwise, one would recommend this hotel to a casual traveler.

Bed was comfortable.
Location: too far from downtown Business District.
Staff was fine and subway was close. Facility more like a 2.5 star versus other 3 stars I've stayed in. For my travels to Downtown Toronto, location was too far from the main Business District.

Clerk at desk was very friendly and helpful.
Fire alarm rang twice in one night and then the elevators did not work! The alarm went off on a previous trip!
Would definitely not stay there again. The food and service is consistently poor in the restaurant. Cleanliness is an issue. The coffee shop is excellent but independently owned.

The location was great - subway was just around the corner and it wasn't far from Yonge St.
The rooms were small and it would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room.
Overall the hotel is very clean and having the parking garage is convenient. It is great if you are planing on riding the subway - it's right around the corner. The rooms could have been more spacious and a mini fridge would have been nice. I would definitely stay there again.
