Mentioned it was our 35th anniversary and we were delighted when we returned to room and there was champagne from hotel.
Nothing we didn't like.

Great location, friendly front desk person and fantastic view of Roger's Centre, Toronto Island and CN tower from our window. Breakfast in our room was lovely! Champagne sent up by management was a lovely surprise.

The hotel was beautiful; the staff was friendly, my room and the view were fantastic.

This hotel definitely caters to a high-end clientèle. During my stay, I stood out as a single woman, surrounded by male business executives. (Not that I'm complaining!) The staff was courteous and friendly, my room was spacious and well-equipped, and the view over the lake was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend it to those looking for a 4-star experience in downtown Toronto. read more

Spacious, attractive rooms and completely soundproof, which was wonderful.
The bathroom lighting was very dark and needed additional lighting.

Location & atmosphere of the hotel.
Changed our bed accomodations from 2 Queens - to a King without notifying me.

The hotel staff were very pleasant and did their best to accomodate me.
