Great location, in room kitchennette and clean shower.
No elevator from the parking garage to the room.
Great hotel! Great price! Great location! Will for sure be staying here next time we are in Montreal. Steps away from the metro and personally I think it was ways better than the 4 star hotels we stayed in earlier in the week. Kitchenette is a plus, can make your own meals and enjoy it on their terrace.

Amenities were
provided, cleanliness, nice staff.
Small room.
It was quite a delightful hotel to stay in, we got more than what we expected to get. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Rooms were very well kept and very clean! Breakfast buffet was really good too.

Location was easy walking to lots of places and the metro.
Close to metro - hotel has underground parking for $15 per day which was great to keep my motorcycle safe overnight - neighbourhood seems a little rough but it very close to public walking areas on Street Catherine east.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, cheap cost, right off St. Catherine. Everything a young partying couple could ask for.

The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful.
Location horrible, facilities, such as gym, disgusting.
If you just need a bed and nothing else, and don't mind a scary neighborhood, it's OK. Generally speaking, stay here only as a last resort.

The elevator was fast.
Small rooms, useless staff and
dumpy location.
This place was a huge disappointment. The rooms were small, the beds were hard, and the staff was extremely unhelpful. On the day of my departure the fire alarm in my room went off at 4 am for about 30 seconds. Twenty minutes later it went off again for about five minutes. This kept happening for the next hour and a half, and the useless staff could do nothing about it. I can understand that the guy didn't speak English very well. On top of this it's located in a very undesirable location of the City with bums, hobos, and more of their ilk hanging around the block. read more

The staff was friendly, the rooms have kitchenettes.
Hard to get car in and out of garage, no garage elevator and access to garage is outside.
This hotel is in a rough area of St Catherines street. Parking outside is not recommended. Underground parking is tight, not easily maneuvered, moreover there is no garage elevator and access to the stairs is from outside. There is a $25 fee if you fail to return the key card. There is a $25 fee if you do not wash dishes and clean kitchenette area. Parking was $14 per night. The rooms were small and not adequate for extended room stay. It is very close to the subway, small shops for food shopping are just around the corner and Taxi's stand by on the next block. Calls to and from the room are free. Internet was available thru plug in the room, and there is a computer in the lobby which I found useful for map quest, email and telephone numbers. Room was clean and well equipped. read more

My car was towed and they provided no help. My car was towed because of their mistake in assigning a parking space. Very frustrating and disappointing.
