Hot tub in court yard.
Tiny room.

The hotel was well presented and had some fantastic added luxuries (Fitness room, swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, etc). The room we stayed in was beyond a joke. It was tiny and we had no room to put anything. The closet only fit 1 suitcase. Getting ready for a day / night out was a nightmare.

Location and very friendly staff.
Rooms were a bit small but still quite comfortable.

Great location to Old Town Quebec and the staff was very friendly and spoke English very well and didn't mind speaking English, which is very important.

The staff was the best.
The room was really small , no view all we were seeing was the air conditioning system on the roof and it was a bit noisy.

Location. Price for the room was adequate for the quality.

The staff was really friendly and helpful as our French is not that good.
The only thing was that the elevators were a little slow and creaky.

I would recommend this hotel to our friends as it is right in the middle of some great restaurants. It is also just a short walk to all the sites of the winter festival. The hotel itself is two hundred years old and is very well looked after. The restaurant was being remodeled when we were there so we cannot comment on that facility. The staff as I have mentioned were very attentive as to our needs act. They helped us with maps etc. That were in French and called cabs and tour busses for us. The rooms and lobby areas were very clean even though being winter the streets were slushy and dirty. The maid service in our room very good. read more
