The Hotel is strategically situated at the entrance to Quebec City, near main highways and the bridges and approximately 10 minutes from Jean Lesage International airport. It is also just minutes from Laval University, major shopping centres, and numerous restaurants and bars of Sainte-Foy. I really liked the location and the friendly staff.
Rooms were a bit outdated.

Very good hotel location wise, rooms could need a bit of renovations, but overall still comfortable. I would rate this hotel a 3 1/2 star.

Convenient location and hotel restaurant.
Do not like hotels that accept pets but did not inconvenience me as did not see any, but do not like to think that a pet slept in my bed.

The front office staff was friendly.
Dirty, old, in need of serious renovation.

Wires and extension leads exposed, dirty carpeting and floors, a lift that clearly needs maintenance, bathroom extremely small and poky, soap not changed from previous occupant, old furnishings, unable to plug in my computer and use the internet cable at the same time without being a contortionist. This was a very bad experience.

Hotel was a 4 star hotel. Maybe it's different in Canada, but it was at best a 2 star.

Room smelled, paint chipped, towels dirty, toilet dirty. Was disgusting. Was placed in another room which was cleaner. This is not a 3 or 4 star hotel. Maybe a 2 star at best.

Balcony for every room.
Room old.

If I had book it at the full price,I would have been disappointed. But with the price we got it with Priceline, it met our expectations. The rooms are nice but they are pretty old.

No ice machine in our floor. Side door lock at 10PM.

Cheap room for the price. They have to refresh the room. Painting and please, high speed internet must be free and in 2009 wireless !

Not much really although it was pretty cheap.
Stained floors, stucco ceiling and walls (in the room!), 70s style decor.

would not recommend this hotel, especially for someone looking for a 3-star.

I obtained a room on the ground floor and it was very convenient to park.

Very well located for busy travelers, convenient for airport, both bridges and highways.
