I have stayed at this hotel before and one like it in other cities. I have always had a positive outlook when staying here. Its always my first choice.

The guest pantry was cool, and it was kind of nice having a kitchen.
The TV's were old and outdated, and the bed was not very comfortable.

A bed, seemed to be clean.
Extreme noise coming from next room. I tried to tell hotel staff and this did no good. Was awakened several times during the night over noise. No ice.

Our stay at this hotel was a absolute nightmare.

The room was a suite with full fridge/kitchen and separate living.
We were on a smoking floor.

We had a suite with a kitchen including a full size fridge, a conference table separating kitchen from living room. Living room had a couch, coffee table, recliner and TV/entertainment center. The bedroom had a queen size bed that was very comfortable. Bathroom was large and roomy. It was definitely worth the price. I would stay there again, although I would request a non-smoking room/floor. Unfortunately I forgot to call ahead with that request and the hotel was booked when we arrived, so we were put on a smoking floor. It was still ok though. read more

I liked the hotel pantry. It was convenient and fairly priced, and I loved being able to open my window and let in fresh air.
No pool.

The staff was helpful and courteous. They had a small DVD library that you could borrow from (no charge). The pantry was convenient and fairly priced (the honor system). I had a smoking room and could actually open the window. They also had free internet which is a must. All in all, very friendly place and I would stay there again.

Convenient to the Arboretum and Domain shopping/eating areas.
Very noisy wall AC units, cannot turn on light in bathroom without exhaust fan turning on.

Overall, this was a decent hotel. It is in a great location and the room is adequate for one person or a short stay for two people. The noisy AC wall unit and annoying exhaust fan in the bathroom prevented me from rating this room as comfortable. In general, it was acceptable for a brief one night stay to get away from the kids!

I could not get a non-smoking room.

I thought it was good value for the money; we overcame the smoke by using their air freshener.
