The non smoking rooms smelled like smoke.

I was surprised to see that the suite had a kitchen and had a lot of room.

Would not accommodate double beds unless I paid extra dollars.

Hotel was okay, but would never stay there again. Lots of available rooms available since there were only about 10 cars in parking. Was not happy about the silver fish that kept popping out. Was furious over slamming doors all day especially in morning since walls are very thin!Also pool is really small.

Everything in it is new. Service is great.
Somewhat cumbersome to access the highways

Joe Castellanos at the front desk understands what excellent customer service is and delivers it everyday he is on the job. The hotel is new, clean and provides everything you could need while on vacation. The rooms are very comfortable. The entire staff is very accomadating. I have already recommended this hotel to my family and friends. I would not hesitate to stay here again. read more

Staff was awesome. Unfortunately had to attend a funeral & ended up having an additional family member stay with us & the staff was very accommodating.
The handicap parking near our room was not near the elevator.

I would recommend this hotel for the comfortable and spacious room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also have available a variety of DVD movies for use on an honor basis.

It was a decent place to stay for one night, offered free DVD movies to watch.
Staff was horrible, room not ready at check in, placed us in handicap room, beds had steel rods that protruded.

This hotel is convenient because it is off the expressway, but very awkward location, if you are not familiar with area, do not stay here - difficult to find a way to get back on the expressway if traveling in the city. The beds themselves were very comfortable, room was really small, yet it did have a kitchenette. If I had no other choice I would stay here again, but next time will look for something better. read more
