Almost everyone at this hotel was very friendly. The washer and dryer access really helped make my stay that much better and easier.
The computer access was not very convenient. This hotel needs to upgrade to hi-speed. I had some work to do on my computer, and it took forever!

Location & that they offered smoking rooms.
Room decor was drab, construction outside room in hall.

Elevator floor needed vacuuming. Room decor was dark & drab. No ashtray in this smoking room? No TV channel guide in room? Construction outside room in the hall & nearby rooms. I won't stay at this place again. Location served my purposes & smoking rooms were offered but beyond that, nothing appealed to me about this place.

The hotel is in a wonderful area. The staff was very professional and willing to please. The room was ok; however, I did see two roaches in the bathroom.

Convenient and economical.
Chair instead of a couch for the kid.

Everything was great except that the Dad had to sleep on the floor so the child could sleep in the bed. If you had a couch in there it would have eliminated the problem.

The mini deli was awesome.
No ceiling fans.

My friend and I stayed there to attend Ozzfest nearby and the hotel met and exceeded our expectations.

Clean, comfortable, not falling apart and convenient location!
There was nothing I did not like!

The staff was excellent. The rooms were nicer than I expected. Internet excess was simple and convenient; I am a full time student, and greatly need internet during my travel. We especially liked the Candlewood Value area. When we returned from the concert all restaurants were closed and we were Hungary.

Painting main office.

Great for traveling with older kids or adult pairs who need to sleep in separate areas. Laundry is nice, rooms fine, priced right, very empty on weekends.
