Staff unresponsive to noise complaint.

A horrible experience. A domestic disturbance in the hotel kept me awake all night. Staff response was none.

The staff was very helpful, it was quiet and convenient to our needs.
A problem with the drapes not closing and light shining in, the staff took prompt care of it.

A newer hotel, not much in the way of food or refreshments. Quiet. the staff was was friendly and helpful. It was in an area that is being developed but still not far from shops and restaurants.
