The location met my needs
very well!
Unorganized staff had to rely on Holiday Inn next door.

Staff member offered for our kids to swim next door for $5 but he wasn't sure if it was $5 per person or per stay or per day or all three. We would have to ask them. In the room there was a DVD player and it stated that there were free movies to watch just ask at desk, staff had no clue what I was talking about. There was not maid service everyday and trash containers were at the end of each hall to dump trash in however when I tried to dispose of a pizza box and a KFC bucket it was not big enough. One of the worst things was the heater. It was loud. I am usually a heavy sleeper and it woke me up several times a night. sometimes it only stayed on less than a minute. When the room started to get too hot instead of not coming on it would blast cold air out every few minutes for a minute or less. Like I said it was loud we would have to adjust the sound on the T.V. when it was on. It was

This hotel was magnificent!

My husband and I were completely surprised when we went into this hotel. It was so clean you could have eaten off the floors. Our room had a full size fridge, 2burner stove top, dishwasher and all the dishes and pots pans and silverware you needed. We were given free coffee for our room and popcorn (my husband was so happy!). I would highly recommend to any one to stay at this hotel in Loveland CO. I know the next time we go to see our grandson we certainly will. read more

Newer hotel with exceptional suites! Very clean and roomy!
Away from convenient dining i.e. restaurants.

I had never heard of the Candlewood Suites; however, upon arriving I found the hotel to be very clean, well lit, and extremely travel-friendly with more amenities than the normal hotel of this value. There are washers and dryers that can be used free of charge, a family room including a kitchen, couches, chairs and tables that can be used for small gatherings, a workout room with up to date equipment, and Wi-Fi for your computer which the hotel provides at no charge! I would highly recommend the Candlewood Suites if they're all on this level, and I'm sure they are! read more
