Candle wood Cupboard provided very convenient meals, snacks, and refreshments and included free laundry facilities.
The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The facility was very quiet and in a quiet location. The Candle wood Cupboard was a plus. The room was very comfortable and had the necessities needed for an extended stay. I found the hotel to meet my needs extremely well.

Loved the kitchenette.
Neat concept for families and business. The kitchen was spotless and inviting, although we didn't use it.

Fridge in the rooms.
Only one bed and
water damage in bathroom.
Not good for families, as all rooms only have one bed. There was a bit of a funny smell to the room. Not sure what it was. Nice having the kitchen facilities in the room.

All amenities of home, kitchen, laundry, grill, elevator, free DVDs.
No pool or restaurants.
This was a great experience. We grilled outside, did laundry, cooked inside. We were thrilled with our stay.

Full fridge and stove and cooking utensils.
Not central location.
As an extended stay hotel (ie, more than a week) it is great. It means the maid service is only once a week so it felt like my room.

Availability of kitchen
See below
1) Water fountain in health club was very dirty.2) Hotel carpets had just been cleaned. Smell on the 2nd floor was horrible in halls and rooms. All they needed to do was drop air-conditioning to remove humidity, but that didn't happen. Glad the carpets were clean, but...3) Room we moved in to the refrigerator was not working. Other room options was a room where TV was not working or a long distance away (we had already unpacked). Dishwasher did not close in final room we were given. Property needs to spend some money on overall maintainence.4) Hotel is not family friendly because room only accomodates 2. Cots are $10 each per night. read more

Friendly staff and cleanliness.
The furniture and cabinets were in poor shape, small rooms and
poor location.
Good place for business person staying for extended time, though the rooms are definitely more studio than suite.
