1) Water fountain in health club was very dirty.2) Hotel carpets had just been cleaned. Smell on the 2nd floor was horrible in halls and rooms. All they needed to do was drop air-conditioning to remove humidity, but that didn't happen. Glad the carpets were clean, but...3) Room we moved in to the refrigerator was not working. Other room options was a room where TV was not working or a long distance away (we had already unpacked). Dishwasher did not close in final room we were given. Property needs to spend some money on overall maintainence.4) Hotel is not family friendly because room only accomodates 2. Cots are $10 each per night. read more

Good place for business person staying for extended time, though the rooms are definitely more studio than suite.

Put us in a smoking room without asking if we wanted one, we checked in at 2:30 am and had to switch rooms.
Just okay, maybe stay there again.

Very nice facilities for an extended stay.
This hotel only has rooms with one bed.
If you are staying alone, especially for an extended time, this is an excellent hotel. The rooms are spacious and user friendly. It would be pretty small for a family.

Big, clean rooms, laundry facilities, and free internet access.
The location was hard to find. We're from out of town and had to find our way through maze to get there.
This hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend.

Refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, security.
Location, thin walls, wall heater, queen bed, cramped.
This was a great hotel .We certainly won't seek this particular hotel out again, but it served its purpose. Frankly, we were comparing it to the Doubletree Guests Suites.

When I was surprised - only 1 bed in the room - the receptionist was quick to offer a roll away & immediately delivered!
Only 1 bed per room/mom & son traveling, needed 2.
Courteous staff, free laundry (didn't use), central location for our need, clean, comfortable bed and pillows - you'd be surprised how a substandard pillow can rob you of sleep!

Very inexpensive; accommodating staff
No double rooms; bed and pillows uncomfortable
The staff was very accommodating, but this hotel was cheap in most ways such as the quality of the bed, pillows, roll away, furnishings. The towels were nice, it was clean and the coffee pot in the room was nice, but I was not impressed with anything else and the hair dryer didn't work.
