so so very cold, unable to swim and hot tub jets not work!

Room was wonderful, area of hotel great, help was very friendly. Would stay again in future travels.

No explanation of room cleaning policies, bathrooms were not functional on previous trip, room not available on previous trip, fire alarm at 4 am.

Three out of four stays have had issues. On the last trip, a false fire alarm was tripped at 4 am. The staff was not willing to make any accommodations for the inconvenience and were flippant in dealing with the issue. I would not recommend anyone staying in this facility.

I was well taken care of, with plenty of room and comfort.
Loved the hotel.

I will stay there any time I get the chance. I am a Sherradon fan but this hotel just changed my mind.
