They had my reservation ready when I arrived. Needed to change to non smoking which was gladly done for me.

Staff was great, room was spacious, well appointed and very comfortable.
Not enough variety in food available in snack room.

It was gracious, comfortable, welcoming, with good quality and well appointed. I was only there overnight, but would happily have stayed there for an extended stay. It was much more up-scale than the usual suite hotels.

New hotel , Oct 2008, great room with full fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove top, dishes, glasses and utensils, paper towels and dish washing soap, and detergent, place to seat and eat meals other than a desk, recliner. Extremely clean. Staff was very helpful.

Staff made it right.
Stale Smoke smell in hallways even though it's new.

Good staff. Nice new facility. Great kitchen in rooms. Free laundry! Unfortunately the halls smell of stale smoke even though it's a new hotel.
