Having just completed hotel renovation in 2007, now is the time to stay and "consider us home."The Candlewood Suites Hotel, Salina, Kansas is conveniently located near Philips Lighting, Schwan's, Sunflower Bank, GeoProbe, El Dorado National, Crestwood, Exide, K-State Salina, Kansas Wesleyan, Brown Mackie, Salina Regional Hospital and Salina Airport Industrial area. At Candlewood Suites we value your privacy, rooms are cleaned once very 7 days. The maximum number of guests, including children, allowed per room is 2 in a room with one bed or 4 in a room with 2 beds. Pets are welcome with a fee of $20 per pet for 1-6 nights, $40 per pet for 7-14 nights and $100 per pet for 15+ nights. It was cheap.
Very noisy AC, there was no continental breakfast, and a very basic bedding.

This was our first experience with Candlewood Suites. We will not be returning. Although it might be good for a low-end business traveler, it was not even a good alternative for a one night stay.

VCR/DVD player in room, kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer, microwave and stove in room. I will definitely stay at this hotel when I pass through Salina again.

Very comfortable, good beds and nice workout room.

Very quiet and comfortable hotel. Laundry facilities available. Workout room had treadmill, elliptical and recumbent bike. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The shower would not work in room.

I reported the shower not working to the lady as we checked out. They were going to get this repaired.

Did not accommodate two adults. Only one bed available.

Nice place for business travelers but not for a family. They only gave me one bed and it was not accommodating for two adults.

Nothing I didn¿t like.

I highly recommend this hotel. We had to get two rooms one for my wife and I and another for our teenage daughters. They liked the free movie checkout! We had a fun uneventful trip it was just what whew expected...
