Nice and clean rooms.
No double beds available at this hotel.

Since I was traveling for a graduation, I had my older children with me. I needed 2 rooms with 2 double beds. Unfortunately, this hotel does not have rooms with double beds. With 3 people in one room. Even with 2 people who want their own bed, this hotel was not good.

Great and friendly front desk staff. Loved the cupboard and the very reasonable cost. Five minutes from the airport and free shuttle to it - prompt!

Complete kitchen. Great TV channels. Quiet.
They did not have shuttle service to the private jet terminal at the airport. Very Disappointed.

This hotel is clean and efficiently run. Complete kitchenette is a plus. While they provide a shuttle to the main airport terminal they do not have a contract to provide shuttle service to the private jet terminal. Since this is where I work and fly in to, it is a deal killer for me.

I loved that it had a full kitchen, a walk in closet so the rest of the room wasn't covered in everything!
There was only 1 extra pillow in the closet, and usually there is 1 pillow and 1 blanket.

Overall I think this hotel is great! I would highly recommend it to someone else. The other thing was that there weren't that many guests there, and I asked a bit late check out, well the normal check out is noon, I asked to be checked out at 1, and they told me the latest they could do was 12:30.

Great staff - very friendly.
No breakfast in the morning (I think), but overall was great.

The staff was wonderful with a very well stocked mini grocery. Would stay again.

Clean- Some rooms still smell new after 2 years.

Great hotel - Very clean and neat. Friendly staff welcomes you to the hotel. Conveniently located across from Bradley Airport.
