Caribe Cove Resort

This property a very good value for a family with children. The sizes of the accommodations are similar to a small apartment. The fully furnished kitchen and in room washer/dryer are a great feature for families visiting for an extended time period. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit. Both bedrooms had TVs, although the TV in the master bedroom's color kept fading in and out. There was also a TV in the living room. The property is less than 2 years old, so for the most part everything was in good shape and very clean. Their blankets were of extremely poor quality, but the towels and other linens were quite good. There was some mildew in the master bedroom shower stall and a slight leak under one of the master bedroom sinks. We had 2 sinks, so we just avoided the leaky one.

I was impressed with the accommodations. The rooms and bathroom were clean and the space was more than expected. It was a perfect fit for a large family.

This is a great spot for long-term stays (minimum 5 days) or large groups of travelers. There are a lot of hidden and unexpected fees that distract a little bit from the impressive rooms at great rates. This is on the wrong side of traffic for trips to Orlando attractions (Universal & Sea World), but not bad at all for trips to Disney.

Excellent location for extended leisure vacation, family, seniors etc. New villa fully equipped with everything you would have at home. Location is a little out but driving was easy. Great location for relaxation after a day of shopping or Disney. My family will use this property again.

It was nice just what we were looking for, check out time could be little later and if a room/condo is available before check in time should be allowed to check in, Staff was not that friendly, but very everything was clean and kept up nice. I would stay again with the family.

The Villa was very luxurious and had an at-home kind of feeling at the same time. I felt like a celebrity in my villa. It's located in a quiet area of Kissimmee, but very close to Orlando's main attractions. I didn't want to leave.

I can not say enough wonderful things about this place. The location was perfect! Away from all the glitz but only 10 min. from Disney! My children did not want to leave, nor did I. The three bedrooms were perfect for our family of 5, so much room for each of us and we saved money on eating out by cooking in the fully stocked kitchen! I was also able to do laundry right there in our suite so I didn't have to pack a ton of clothes. The pool area was a ton of fun and we met some great people, never crowded. My 12 year old loved having her space with a TV. We also loved two full bathrooms - made getting ready easy! We are already planning another trip just so we can stay here again! read more

This new facility is in excellent condition and a short drive from many area attractions. The rooms are spacious enough for families or groups and the villa structure is ideal for those who prefer some self-sufficiency while traveling. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything one needs to cook their own meals and is a cost-effective way to enjoy some healthful meals as an alternative to the many restaurants in the surrounding area. My only complaint is that while the staff fulfills the minimum requirements of checking customers in and out of the facility, they are not overly helpful. We called to let them know that one of the elevators was not working properly and called again before our trip to ask a question about the room, and both times they were fairly short with us. read more
