Beautiful balcony facing the ocean.
The bathroom was falling apart and in dire need of repair.

Hotel overall was very scenic and spacious, however they are severely understaffed. I waited in line for over 20 minutes at both check-in and check-out. There were only two employees at the desk and a huge line of people. Also, the bathroom in my hotel room was falling apart and in need of repair.

Very busy lobby (Saturday afternoon) and slow check-in.

Great place to stay for a vacation. Beautiful ocean front hotel/resort. Used as overnight stop prior to a cruise during the stormy season. Wonderful place to recover from a long day of travel. In the High season, it may be one of the best places to vacation in San Juan. Friendly staff, good food (pricey), and a pleasant, clean, attractive room. However, if an ADA room is requested, try for one on a higher floor for a view of something of San Juan. read more

The Hotel's Public spaces/facilities were unbelievable. We felt like we were in Paradise!
The bathroom was out-dated and the tub wasn't clean where the seal needed repairs.

I would definitely stay at Caribe Hilton again. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful with our recommending restaurants and activities. In addition, the property was absolutely breathtaking! I wish I was still swinging in the Hammock looking out at the ocean!

I love the beach view.
Elevators didn't work, swimming pool closes at 6pm, small bedrooms and bathrooms.

The hotel is good for business. Not good for children. They have elevator problems. Pool a little dirty. Good to travel to Old San Juan.

There wasn't anything I did not like, it was fabulous.
Nothing was negative.

For the price I paid, it was 5 star luxury. The room was wonderful with a glorious view of the ocean. The wait staff were helpful and friendly. The pool and hot tubs were clean. The only thing I could complain about is that if you wanted to get in the pool or hot tub after 6PM, towels were not available. You had to use to towels in your room and ask for more for showers. The landscaping was beautifully done. I loved it. read more
