Convenient location, relatively easy to get downtown on public transit, nice hotel staff.
The hotel and rooms were standard fare considering it was a 4 star hotel.

The hotel was clean and brand new inside - but I don't know if I agree with the fact that it is rated as a 4 star hotel.

Location to the airport and staff was helpful and friendly.

This is a nice, efficient airport hotel property. The hotel is clean, the staff were extremely helpful. Having the use of an airport shuttle was a big plus.

They had delicious treats at the front desk and high tea.
Nothing.

The bed was fabulous - like sleeping on a cloud. The staff went over and above our expectations. We will stay there again.

Computer access did not work.

Hotel was convenient to the airport with a hotel courtesy shuttle. The computer access in the lobby was not working, but the staff did give us a refund.

Good access to the airport.
Poor access to Dublin city center. Poor access to restaurants.

The bed was hard and had a crack in the middle you could fall through. The restaurant service was unbelievably slow. Food was of mixed quality, sometimes very good to excellent and sometimes mediocre. This is
not a good hotel if you want one in Dublin. It is 30 minutes by bus to the city center.
