The Carnegie Hotel, the crown jewel of east Tennessee, provides the ambience of the late 1800?s and early 1900's. Size of the room and bath facility.
The ice was extremely inconvenient.

The accommodations were not up to the price. No bell hop on duty on check in. Never did find an ice machine, even after directions were given.

The ambiance was very romantic and I could not have asked for more friendly staff!
We ordered a movie and watched it for 16 minutes - and the quality was very poor and fuzzy so we cut it off, but over 5 minutes they make you pay.
