It was a very beautiful surroundings and was very romantic
No room service and the food in the high end restaurant was terribly cooked and was an insult to mankind.

There is no room service that I noticed and the selection of food was very low grade.

The room was spacious and very comfortable.
There was no view from the balcony as described.

We has a wonderful time at the hotel and would recommend it to others and would go back again ourselves. We did have a small problem with the first room they gave us as it was not completely cleaned. We called the front desk and they promptly moved us to a new room.

The room was large, nothing was missing, complete dishes and utensils. Local restaurants were very good and clean.

I would definitely stay there again. It was a short drive to Muskoka and everything was very clean and more than met my expectations.
