Good food.
To crowded, no parking.
Overall it is an ok place, when you check out you'll find out that they have a $20 per night resort fee. $12 per day parking and there is no real beach, it's rock.

The property was stunning in all aspects.
Self-park lot was always full despite the fact that I paid for it .
This is an absolutely stunning, top-notch resort property. The common areas, pools, beach, etc. were perfection. The staff was great and helpful. The room was lovely and beautifully furnished, with the possible exception of the fact that there was very little storage for clothing - no drawers whatsoever - so everything had to pretty much stay in the suitcases. Valet parking is quite expensive, but they have a much cheaper self-park lot. The problem with that was that there was never an open parking spot in it, particularly in the evening. In general this is a first-rate resort and I highly recommend it. read more

Wonderful view, friendly employees, great fun and food.
Location was where you needed a taxi to get to town.
The Casa was great, friendly, helpful, comfortable and safe. I would recommend anyone that wants to relax, eat & drink well and enjoy all the water activities, beach and pool, and traveling to the Florida Keys to stay here.

The location and hotel setting was very nice.
Very expensive meals, room had no king bed, and
room service was poor.
The hotel was in a great location with a great beach. Meals are very expensive, but the quality was excellent. The beach staff was outstanding. Room service (cleaning, etc.) was poor. You had to ask for coffee each day if you wanted any for the coffee pot in your room. You even had to ask to get a coffee pot. A daily Internet charge was required if you wanted to use the service, and it was shut down at 11:00 pm each night. For what you pay for the hotel, it should be free. Overall, it was a great place for my spouse and I. read more

It's in a fairly quiet location.
This is not your typical Astoria Wadorf quality.
Overall, the hotel is okay. It's an average Hilton, not Astoria Wadorf.

Beautiful location (on ocean), facilities clean, comfortable, convenient to Duval Street
Horrible service, would not re-visit based on this fact alone.
Buildings and grounds are absolutely beautiful. Hammocks and beach chairs plentiful at beach/pool area. Classified as a resort. Don't expect to feel pampered though. Towels picked up off bathroom floor and refolded on shelf for use the next day!

The historic aspect of the building.
No directory given in room. Parking, and resort fees high.
Excellent location, and great staff. Beautiful pool, and beach area.
