Built in 1888 and fully restored in 2000 with a 25 million dollar restoration. Once owned by Henry Flager and built to resemble a mid-evil castle. Lovely hotel in central location. Generous sized and well appointed rooms.
Hotel bar closes at 10 pm or apparently earlier if the rude bartenders don't feel like staying till then. Room had a slight odor.

It was in a good location.
Resort fee for a resort that in 15 miles away!

Over priced for what you get as this is a 3.5 star max. Hot tub was cool and pool was ice cold. Room has many damaged items and staff could careless when told on check out. Resort is located over 20 min away on a good day and is just a pool on the ocean. Not worth the fee or the drive!
