Decor was beautiful and location.
Put handicapped traveler in room farthest from the elevator.

Location and setting are fantastic. Pool area looked wonderful, but did not have time to use. Concierge service was non-existent when I was there. Check-in was not considerate of the handicapped. Never mentioned room was farthest possible from the elevator even though I was in front of her with a walker. Very inconsiderate and abrupt when I asked for information on local attractions. Valet service was excellent. read more
