The private pool and the beach access.
The paint in the room was bad! It made us uncomfortable.

They need to paint and refresh this hotel in a major way. It took a while to feel comfortable there because of this. They need new lighting. We did enjoy the private pool and the beach. The restaurant was over priced. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

No hot water in shower and they forgot to clean my room twice.

Overall OK for price and location but the front desk staff was not at all freindly.

Well the hotel is nice and clean and kind of romantic for couples. I really liked the room.
I didn't like the customer service from front desk and I waited too long to get a room available.

I will say the price is good, good location nice and clean room but I will suggested to improved customer service (front desk employees), the bellman was really nice and helped us with hotel info and locations.

Location. Close to beach, shopping and bus transit.
On arrival we booked for next day shuttle but it was already fully booked. So were denied.

As stated above, The van provided is too small for the number of guests who need transportation to the airport. Another couple had the same dilemma and the manager on duty was very unyielding and unhelpful.

The lobby was nice and great rooms.
The hotel staff all pretty much were very rude.

I agree with it being a 2 star hotel. It has a great location, pretty decent rooms, beautiful lobby and garden areas for hanging out, however the staff was rude and uncaring to many needs.

Much better experience than was expecting for the price and rating.
Parking fee of 32 dollars.

Location was perfect. Right on Collins across from the beach and in the heart of everything. Newly decorated rooms. Hip and inexpensive and much nicer than you would expect for the price. Would visit again.
