Excellent location and large rooms.

Excellent location, very short walk to Plaza Mayor, the Cathedrals and the facade of the University, restaurants. Large, clean rooms and especially by US standards.

Cleanliness and convenient location.
Unavailability of english subtitles on TV.

Enjoyed everything. Had to add an extra day which was no problem. When we checked out we were charged for all three days and not just the one we added. The clerk said that was not correct and we had to pay for all three. We verified when we got home that we did pay for two days and now we have to research how to get our money back.
