Conveniently located, and nice amenities in room.
Not much of a view from the room we had.

The room was clean and comfortable, with the pull out bed it was just right for an adult and a teen. There was a small refrigerator, a microwave, and a few dishes in the room which was a nice surprise! The complimentary bottled water was super great! Called for a few more towels and the service was very prompt.

For the price we got, this is an incredible deal for this location. It's in the heart of the Loop, four blocks from the Art Institute. The hotel doesn't offer much outside of the location, but you can't beat it for that!

The hotel staff was very accommodating.
The rooms were an uncontrollable 85 degrees.

The entrance of the hotel gave the first impression of being somewhat upscale. The rooms were small but good for 1-2 people. The lack of temperature control was almost unbearable. We were staying in Chicago for the marathon so after the marathon I asked to changed rooms due to the temperature. I was given an upgrade to a room with a kitchenette and a working thermostat. My overall experience was pleasurable. read more
