The room was really spacious and had an excellent view of the bay.
The hotel staff was not helpful.

I had a wonderful experience at century plaza. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and it was also very quiet. The restaurant was excellent - incredible service and food. The staff was friendly and helpful at check-in but utterly unhelpful when checking-out. [Perhaps not the hotels fault but the particular attendant.] Overall, enjoyed my experience very much.
