On the water/Marina/balcony/very pleasant staff.
Very old, not kept up, dirty bathroom, stained carpet, rooms need paint, furniture stained and scared.

Needs major renovations, paint, carpets etc. Bathroom had mold, door, and walls of bathroom were dirty. The furniture was old, stained and scratched. No lights in outer halls and bulb out where you get off the elevator. On a positive note, the staff was extremely friendly. We had a room overlooking the water on the marina and it had a balcony which was nice (though the sliding glass doors did not work properly). It was close to the beach yet far away enough to be fairly quiet. Did not use pool but appeared very clean. Did not have a restaurant, which we were aware of when we booked it but several places to eat not too far away.
