The fact that the maid did not clean our room to our satisfaction.

This hotel was located conveniently in Des Moines. We visited my daughter at Iowa State. We drank out of some glasses and moved some pillows, used on the bed. When we got to the hotel on night 2, the pillows (not bed pillows) were still on the bed and the glasses had not been put in the sink.

Layout of the room was good, full kitchen and wood burning fireplace.
Sliding glass door on floor level rooms made me feel less secure.

Pool area, outside paths and only to lobby.

It was a nice place to stay for a few nights and offered about all I needed.

Highway traffic noise.

Nice complex. I liked the separate buildings and private room entrances. Goon morning breakfast buffet. Excellent bed. Very nice kitchen facilities.

Close to interstate and restaurants and great price.
A little noisy in the morning, maintenance issues. No light in the living area.

Never heard of Chase Suites, but would highly recommend.

Wednesday night free cookout by the pool!
The pool was freezing - it was a hot, sunny day, but the water was icy, like right out of the hose.
