Views, staff, decoration, and marina.
Restaurant is
way overpriced for what you get.

Very nice room, with comfortable king size bed. Free use of canoe at the marina was great. Lobby decoration great. Really overpriced food at the restaurant. An appetizer of 3 pieces of ravioli cost $12. Steak was very good but still too expensive. Overall a great experience.

It was beautifully decorated for the season and really set the mood. Pool was open 24 hour.

It was elegant, warm, and all that we expected it to be for the price. We don't often use hotels in Branson because we have a time share but it was not available so we decided to try this one and we were not disappointed.

Overall a nice hotel, very family oriented.
Got the wrong room and the room was not made up.

There was a Lakeview (barley - it overlooked the back of the hotel) and it did not have a guest room. As well the room was not made up when we arrived, which was odd.

Nice room.
The library bar staff ruined our stay very rude hateful.

Hotel was great, most staff great. The library bartender pretty much ruined our entire time. Doubt we will go back anytime soon!

Convenient, Beautiful, Friendly Service, Excellent Food.
Nothing.

It was great. We went to just get away and spend time together. We used the exercise room and had a Swedish Massage. Oh was it great. We relaxed on the balcony enjoying the view and visiting. We saw the new Titanic Display in town and shopped to our hearts content. It was great. The staff was wonderful also.

Very friendly and helpful from the second we stepped out of our vehicle. Lots of charm and beautifully decorated for the season.
Spent too much money at the SPA.

It's location & view was spectacular. Can you imagine what it would be like if I visited other than in the solemn winter? Can't wait to return for Spring or Summer vacation. The amenities will spoil a person and all the other close-by attractions will keep every age busy and entertained.
